蛋白质组学是近年来发展起来的从细胞及整体水平研究蛋白质的组成及其变化规律,从而深入认识机体各种生理和病理过程的一门新兴学科。蛋白质组学技术以其在蛋白质分离鉴定上的诸多优势在肿瘤的早期诊断及研究肿瘤的发生和发展上显示出极具潜力的应用价值。在膀胱癌研究方面,利用双相凝胶电泳(2-DE)和表面增强激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)等蛋白质分离鉴定技术,一系列具有较高特异性和敏感性的蛋白质、蛋白质簇已被鉴定出来,并且综合利用这些蛋白质(簇)有较高的诊断价值。本文就主要利用2-DE和SELDI-TOF-MS分离鉴定出的组织细胞和尿液中的膀胱癌标记物作一综述。

In this paper, we mainly reviewed the markers of bladder cancer in tissue cells and urine, which were mainly identified by 2-DE and SELDI-TOF-MS.
