文章运用SWOT分析法分析论证了广西沿海铁路股份有限公司(简称海铁公司)发展现代物流的外部机遇大于外部威胁,内部优势高于内部劣势;提出了海铁公司发展现代物流的经营思路及对策。
The article uses SWOT analysis to prove that the external opportunities for the development of modern logistics in Guangxi Coastal Railway Co., Ltd. (referred to as the Sea Railway Company) are greater than the external threats, and the internal advantages are higher than those of the internal disadvantages. The management ideas and countermeasures for the development of modern logistics by the company are proposed .
