目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果。方法152例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组基本治疗相同,治疗组加用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液0.5mg/次肌肉注射,2次/周,30支为一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率13.5%(P<0.01)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid therapy on recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. Methods A total of 152 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups had the same basic treatment. The treatment group was given intraperitoneal injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection 0.5mg / time, twice a week, and 30 Course of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 13.5% in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is effective.
