目的有效控制外来器械的清洗消毒灭菌质量,保证手术患者的医疗安全。方法随机抽取外来器械60件,分成机械清洗组和手工清洗组,在规范清洗的前后进行隐血试验。结果机械清洗组的清洗前阳性率为86.67%,清洗后阳性率为0;手工清洗组的清洗前阳性率为86.67%,清洗后阳性率为6.67%;两组结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两种清洗方法效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当前外来器械的清洗质量差,医院必须加强外来器械的管理,通过规范流程及加强监测跟踪来保证外来器械的清洗灭菌质量,从而保障手术患者的医疗安全。
Objective To effectively control the quality of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of foreign instruments to ensure the medical safety of surgical patients. Methods A total of 60 foreign instruments were randomly divided into mechanical cleaning group and manual cleaning group, occult blood tests were performed before and after the standard cleaning. Results The positive rate of mechanical cleaning group before cleaning was 86.67% and the positive rate after cleaning was 0. The positive rate of cleaning before cleaning was 86.67% and the positive rate after cleaning was 6.67%; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). Conclusions The current foreign instruments have poor cleaning quality. The hospital must strengthen the management of foreign instruments to ensure the medical quality of surgical patients by standardizing the procedure and strengthening the monitoring and tracking to ensure the cleaning and sterilization quality of foreign instruments.
