在 40 0℃和初始氘气压力分别为 6 5 3、3 41和 1 3 2MPa下 ,通过镱与氘气反应 ,制备出D/Yb原子比分别为 2 90、2 5 3、2 2 3的氘化镱样品。YbD2 .90 为面心立方结构 ,a0 =0 .5 2 0 5nm ,60 0℃解析后得到的产物YbD2 .0 6为正交结构 (a0 =0 .5 870nm、b0 =0 .3 5 72nm、c0 =0 .6794nm )和另一面心立方结构 (a0 =0 .5 2 3 3nm)的氘化镱。YbD2 .53 和YbD2 .2 3 均由正交结构和面心立方结构氘化镱组成。热分析结果表明 :4种氘化镱样品的DSC曲线上均有 3个吸热峰 ,分别是面心立方结构 (a0 =0 .5 2 0 5nm )、面心立方结构 (a0 =0 .5 2 3 3nm)和正交结构氘化镱的热解析峰 ;随吸氘原子比增大 ,相对应的吸热峰向低温方向位移。
Under the conditions of 40 0 ℃ and initial deuterium gas pressures of 6 5, 3 41 and 1 32 MPa respectively, ytterbium was reacted with deuterium gas to prepare D / Yb atomic ratios of 2 90, 2 3 3 and 2 2 3 Ytterbium deuteride samples. YbD2 .90 is a face-centered cubic structure, a0 = 0.5255 nm, and the product YbD2 .0 6 obtained after analysis at 60 ° C is an orthogonal structure (a0 = 0.5870 nm, b0 = 0.3252 nm, c0 = 0.6794 nm) and ytterbium deuterate on the other facet of the cubic structure (a0 = 0.5233 nm). Both YbD2.53 and YbD2.23 consist of orthorhombic structures and face-centered cubic structures of ytterbium deuteride. The results of the thermal analysis show that the DSC curves of the four deuterated ytterbium samples have three endothermic peaks, namely, face-centered cubic structure (a0 = 0.5255 nm), face-centered cubic structure (a0 = 0.5 2 3 3nm) and ytterbium deuteride orthorhombic structure; with the increase of the atomic ratio of deuterium, the corresponding endothermic peak shifts to the low temperature.
