咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)又称隐匿型哮喘或咳型哮喘,是哮喘的一种潜在形式.4年来,笔者共接收治疗了58例,现分析报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:男35例,女23例;年龄7月～1岁12例,～3岁24例,～7岁13例,～12岁9例;农村患儿43例,城镇患儿15例.临床表现:58例患儿均以慢性咳嗽为唯一症状,病程2个月～1年,咳嗽特点为时轻时重,早晚明显,运动或吸人冷空气后加重,无明显发热,咯痰或憋喘.查体:双肺呼吸音粗30例,全部病例X线及血常规检查均无异常.
