我公司工程机械轮胎内胎硫化机内压放汽原来为自然排空,放汽时间长,生产效率低,不能满足工程机械轮胎配套需求。通过对工程机械轮胎内胎硫化机重新设计内压管路及PLC控制程序,应用抽真空技术进行内压排汽,不仅满足了配套需求,而且确保设备生产安全。
The internal pressure steaming of the tire vulcanizer of our company is originally a natural emptying, the steam releasing time is long, and the production efficiency is low, which can not meet the demand of construction machinery tire matching. By redesigning the internal pressure pipeline and PLC control program of the tire vulcanizing machine of the construction machinery, the application of vacuum technology to the internal pressure exhaust not only meets the matching requirements but also ensures the safety of equipment production.
