随着市场经济进程的不断加快以及国家电力体制改革的不断推进,我国现有的电力施工领域的竞争越来越大。电力施工多数是由国家管理的施工工程,由于体制的不健全以及管理的不严谨,在施工工程中造成了大量的资金浪费和资源浪费,造成了成本失控,最终降低了企业的经济效益。为了提高企业的经济效益和整体的竞争力,企业必须做好项目成本管理工作,因为成本管理对于提高工程质量和顺利完工都有着极其重要的作用。
With the continuous acceleration of the market economy and the constant progress of the national power system reform, the competition in the existing power construction field in our country is getting bigger and bigger.
