目的研究并探讨质量控制管理在手术护理质量管理中的应用效果,并分析其应用价值。方法选取自2012年5月~2014年5月我院手术室的护理人员18名作为研究对象,将护理工作人员分为两个阶段进行管理,第一个阶段管理时间为2012年5月~2013年5月,进行常规管理,第二个阶段的管理时间为2013年5月~2014年5月,进行质量控制管理。两个阶段管理完毕后分别随机抽查40例患者进行护理满意度调查,并比较两阶段管理后护理人员的护理质量差异。结果第二阶段管理结束后护理工作人员的护理质量显著高于第一阶段管理结束后,并且第二阶段管理结束后患者的护理满意度显著优于第一阶段管理结束后,差异较大,具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对手术室的护理人员实施质量控制管理后,护理人员的护理质量不仅得到了提高,并且患者的护理满意度也得到了很大的提高,值得在临床上广泛推广。“,”Objective To study and explore the application ef ect of quality control management in nursing quality management in the operation, and the analysis of its application value. Methods From May to 2012 during the period of nursing staf in operation room in our hospital in May 2014 18 as the research object, the nursing staf is divided into two stages, the first stage from May to 2013 management in time for the 2012 May, routine management, the second stages of management from May to 2014 in time for the 2013 May, quality control and management. The management of the two stages respectively after random sampling 40 patients nursing satisfaction survey, the quality of nursing and to compare the two stage management of nursing staf . Results The nursing quality management after the end of the second stage of nursing staf was significantly higher than that in the end of the first stage of management, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing management after the end of the second stage was significantly higher than that of the first phase of the management after the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing staf in operation room quality control management, the nursing quality of nursing staf not only improved, and nursing satisfaction of patients have been greatly improved, it is worth in clinical widely.
