52-year-old positioning “Bank ” In 1994, the Central Party Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission took a long-term view and made major strategic decisions on independently developing the Beidou satellite navigation system. Tan Ssu-sen, who was 52, had decided to leave the military mapping front that had struggled for 29 years and devoted himself to this completely new field.
