本文研究了钪-间硝基偶氮氯膦-氯化十四烷基吡啶(Sc-CPAmN-TPC)显色体系的光度特性,并确定了在该体系中以α型钪络合物进行测定的最佳条件。络合物最大吸收位于677 nm,显色酸度为0.3mol/L硝酸,CPAmN浓度为3×10~3%。TPC浓度为0.05%,摩尔吸光系数为4.5×10~4。该体系与相应的二元体系相比,灵敏度和选择性均有较大幅度的提高,据此提出了测定钪的新方法。用于铁基和铜基合金合成试样中痕量钪的测定。结果满意。其标准偏差和变异系数分别为0.10和0.14与3.1%和2.8%。
In this paper, the photometric properties of scandium-m-nitro-chlorophosphonazo-tetradecylpyridinium chloride (Sc-CPAmN-TPC) chromogenic system were studied and the scandium complex was determined in this system The best conditions.
