建立了基于光谱半球反射率和光谱半球透过率的二氧化硅气凝胶样品辐射特性参数的反演方法。采用离散坐标法、四通量法、二通量法计算了二氧化硅气凝胶样品内辐射传输问题,反演了样品的光谱辐射特性参数。结果表明,离散坐标法和四通量法反演结果几乎一致,二通量法反演结果小于离散坐标法和四通量法反演结果,而且误差较大,对于高孔隙率的二氧化硅气凝胶,界面反射对反演结果的影响很小,可以忽略。本文的研究工作对二氧化硅气凝胶辐射换热特性具有理论指导意义。
The inversion method of radiation parameters of silica airgel samples based on spectral hemispherical reflectivity and spectral hemispherical transmittance was established. Discrete coordinate method, four-pass method and two-pass method were used to calculate the radiation transmission in the silica airgel sample, and the spectral radiation characteristics parameters of the sample were obtained. The results show that the discrete coordinate method and the four-flux method are almost the same, the two-flux method is less than the discrete cosine method and the four-flux method, and the error is larger. For the high porosity silica Airgel, interface reflection on the inversion results have little effect, can be ignored. The research work in this paper is theoretically instructive for the radiation heat transfer characteristics of silica aerogels.
