一、举足轻重的深港穗地缘经济深圳的发展和巨变有两个决定性的因素:一是地理位置优越,二是改革开放办特区。以地理位置而论,深圳地处我国南方边陲,扼珠江口东岸,毗连香港,背靠广穗,是我国经香港迈向世界的必经之地。香港1997年回归祖国,深圳又成为一国两制的衔接点。以改革开放办特区而论,是指党的路线、方针和政策起决定作用。没有党的十一届三中全会以来改革开放办特区的政策,深圳不可能扬地理位置之优势而发生巨变,成为初具规模的现代化城市。
First, the pivotal Shenzhen Hong Kong ear geo-economy Shenzhen’s development and changes have two decisive factors: First, the geographical location is superior, the second is to reform and opening up to do SAR. Geographically speaking, Shenzhen is located in the southern border of China, where the east coast of the Pearl River estuary is located. Adjacent to Hong Kong and backed by Guangzhou, it is a must for our country to go through the world to Hong Kong. Hong Kong returned to the motherland in 1997 and Shenzhen has become the connecting point of one country with two systems. By reforming and opening up the SAR, it means that the party’s line, principles and policies play a decisive role. Without the policy of opening up and reforming the SEZ since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Shenzhen can not change its advantages in geographical location and has become a modernized city of a size.
