通过激光处理培育抗病、能维持强群、高产的蜂群,探索激光技术在蜜蜂上的应用。 本试验应用He-Ne激光和N_2激光处理羽化后4~5天处女蜂王和产卵蜂王,并分二次处理,第一次于1977年4月4日用He-Ne激光照射处女蜂王,功率为2毫瓦/厘米~2,设照射5分钟、10分钟和15分钟三个组合。第二次于1977年5月28日继续用He-Ne激光处理处女蜂王和产卵蜂王,功率提高至4毫瓦/厘米~2,统一照射10分钟,还采用N_2激光器处理产卵蜂王与处女蜂王,设照射5分钟和10分钟两个组合。
By laser treatment to cultivate disease resistance, to maintain a strong group, high yield bee groups, to explore the application of laser technology in bees.
