近年来,广东各级政府高度重视农民工问题,制定一系列关于保障农民工权益的政策措施,但是要破解农民工住房问题还需要进一步加大立法和执行力度,本文在对广东农民工住房保障现状的研究的基础上,对广东农民工住房保障制度的完善提出建议,同时给长沙农民工住房保障体系的构建提供参考意见。
In recent years, all levels of government in Guangdong have attached great importance to the issue of migrant workers and formulated a series of policies and measures on safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers. However, in order to solve the housing problem for migrant workers, it is necessary to further increase the legislation and enforcement efforts. Based on the current situation of research, this paper puts forward suggestions on perfecting the housing security system for migrant workers in Guangdong and provides reference for the construction of housing security system for migrant workers in Changsha.
