兴山县委办公室1956年就建立了机关档案室。今年4月,我办档案管理顺利通过省级验收,在宜昌地区党务部门中率先进入省二级行列。实践使我们深深体会到,搞好档案管理,领导重视是关键,而领导的重视,并不只是喊在嘴上、写在纸上,而是在实际行动上。思想上有“位子”。党的十一届三中全会以后,档案工作开始走上正轨,县委把机关档案工作纳入议事日程,对我们办公室的综合档案室提出具体管
