近年来,随着各项档案政策陆续颁布和落实,尤其是国家档案局第8、9号令的发布实施,文件材料的归档范围、保管期限、价值鉴定等工作有了指导方针和标准规范。但从现阶段档案资料收集归档管理的细节来看,尤其是固定资产等专门档案的收集、归档,仍然存在亟待改善的地方。
