采用一步水热法,以三氯化钛(TiCl3)和高锰酸钾(KMnO4)为原料制备了二氧化钛/二氧化锰(Ti O2/γ-MnO2)复合材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了复合物的形貌和晶型,通过UV-Vis吸收谱分析了复合材料的吸光性能,复合材料在紫外-可见光波长范围内均有较好的吸光性能,并估算出其能隙大小约为3.03 eV.该复合材料在可见光下降解罗丹明(RhB)的催化结果表明,其在可见光下具有较好的光催化性能,Ti与Mn的摩尔比约为54∶1时,达到最佳催化效果.
A one-step hydrothermal method was used to prepare Ti02 / MnO2 composites by using TiCl3 and KMnO4 as raw materials. The morphology of the composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and The morphology and crystal structure of the composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The optical absorption properties of the composites were analyzed by UV-Vis absorption spectra. The composites showed good optical absorption properties in the UV-Vis range. And its energy gap size is about 3.03 eV.The photocatalytic activity of the composite material to degrade RhB in visible light shows that it has good photocatalytic activity under visible light and the molar ratio of Ti to Mn is about 54: When to achieve the best catalytic effect.
