《上海市河道管理条例》已由上海市第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第四十次会议于一九九七年十二月十一日通过,现予公布,自一九九八年三月一日起施行。
The Shanghai Municipality Regulations on the Regulation of Rivers has been approved by the 40th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress of Shanghai on December 11, 1997 and is now published. Since March 1998 Implemented on the 1st.
