保持国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展,确保国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标的实现,是全中国人民的共同愿望.实现这个目标,我们必须始终坚持邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义的理论和党的基本路线,解放思想,实事求是,抓住机遇,深化改革,齐心协力,艰苦奋斗.与此同时,我们决不能忽视保障社会经济发展的各个领域和方面.消防是保障社会稳定、经济发展的重要方面之一,如何在新的形势下,使消防工作更好地为市场经济建设服务,促进社会发展,是一个值得研究的课题.现结合我省的实际,谈几点看法.
