从我国的实践来看,长期以来,我国无论是传统产业还是所谓的“高技术产业”在新产品开发活动中一直存在着效率低下和效果不甚理想的状况,突出的表现就是R&D活动运行不顺畅、R&D成果转化率低和科研成果商业化周期长。本文指出,企业在新产品开发过程中不能仅仅注重技术,研发部门应与市场部门密切合作,以提高新产品开发的成功率,使企业整体的利润最大化。
From the perspective of our country’s practice, for a long time, both traditional industries and so-called “high-tech industries” in our country have been characterized by inefficiencies and unsatisfactory results in new product development activities. The outstanding performance is R & D activities Not running smoothly, low conversion rate of R & D results and long commercialization of research results. This paper points out that enterprises can not just focus on technology in the process of new product development, R & D departments should work closely with the marketing department to improve the success rate of new product development, so that the overall corporate profits to maximize.
