患者女性,27岁,因疑有胰腺肿物行腹部增强CT扫描.既往体健,无过敏史.常规过敏试验,用30%泛影葡胺1ml静脉推注,观察20分钟,患者无恶心、心悸、皮疹、瘙痒、喷嚏、流涕、流泪等不适反应.遂于60%泛影葡胺80ml加压快速静推后扫描,约1分钟,从视窗发现患者胸部起伏明显、呼吸急促、大声呼叫.停止扫描入室观察,患者面色苍白,剧烈呕吐,诉痉挛性腹痛,要求排便,考虑为造影剂引起的胃肠道反应,予非那根25mg肌注,无明显效果.2～3分钟后患者出
