随着我国油气管网和高压输电线路的不断建设,阴极保护系统的不断投用,管道受到杂散电流的干扰腐蚀变得越来越严重,本文针对目前油气管道直流杂散电流干扰的现状,介绍管道直流杂散电流排流的一些现场治理技术,希望减小杂散电流对管道的腐蚀提供一些参考。本文综述了直流输电设施及临近阴极保护系统对管道产生直流杂散电流的原因、危害及解决措施。
With the continuous construction of China’s oil and gas pipelines and high-voltage transmission lines, the continuous use of cathodic protection systems and the interference and corrosion of pipes by stray current have become more and more serious. In view of the present situation of the interference of DC stray current in oil and gas pipelines, This paper introduces some on-site treatment technologies for the drainage of stray DC current in pipelines, hoping to provide some references for reducing the corrosion of stray current on pipelines. This paper summarizes the causes, harms and solutions of the DC stray current generated by the DC transmission facilities and the adjacent cathodic protection system.
