自动调平系统是摊铺机运作时的一个重要组成部分,它随着摊铺机技术的变化而变化。文章介绍了摊铺机振捣熨平工作机构的受力分析,摊铺机调平系统自动控制及神经网络控制技术。目的在于依据摊铺机自动调平装置的性能,提高建筑施工机械的综合技术水平,通过自动调平控制,使摊铺机具有广泛适应性,进一步提高了使用寿命和可靠性。
Automatic leveling system is an important part of paver operation, which changes with the paver technology. This paper introduces the force analysis of the working machine of the vibrator of the paver, the automatic control of the leveling machine of the paver and the control technology of the neural network. The purpose is to improve the comprehensive technical level of the construction machinery according to the performance of the automatic leveling device of the paver, and to make the paver have a wide adaptability by automatic leveling control so as to further improve the service life and the reliability.
