1999年我省先后成立了省乒乓球协会等三个体育协会,有力地推动了群众性体育健身活动。时任省政协主席游德馨和现任省政协苍震华副主席先后担任省乒乓球协会名誉会长。通过几年的努力,省直机关和各市县区普遍成立了乒乓球协会,乒协队伍不断扩大,乒乓球健身活动蓬勃发展。从2003年起,在苍震华副主席的具体关心指导下,省乒乓球协会每年定期召开常务理事会议,通报、总结、部署省乒协工作,使每年国庆黄金周的全省业余乒乓球锦标赛、每年元宵节的省直机关领导干部乒乓球锦标赛形成制度,参赛代表队和运动员逐年增加,乒乓球竞技水平不断提高,在社会各界产生广泛影响。省政协办公厅成立了机关乒协,机关乒协组织健全,活动经常,定期召开乒协秘书长会议,研究部署乒协工作。办公厅每两年举办一次全省政协机关乒乓球赛,都深受好评,使干部职工精神面貌好了,工作效率提高了。近期《人民政协报》刊登了《乐当国球推手的政协主席》一文,介绍广东省政协主席陈绍基积极推动全省乒乓球运动的情况,看了很受启发,现摘要转载。我们热切期望大家更踊跃地参加各种形式的全民健身活动,使人人拥有一个健康的体魄,家家都有一个和睦的家庭,共同创造一个和谐的社会。
In 1999, the province has set up three sports associations such as the Provincial Table Tennis Association, effectively promoting mass physical fitness activities. Since 2003, with the special care and guidance of Vice Chairman Cuan Zhenhua, the Provincial Table Tennis Association holds regular executive council meetings every year to inform, summarize and deploy the provincial pingpong association so that the province's annual Amateur Table Tennis Championships , The system of formation of leading table tennis championships of provincial leading organs under the Lantern Festival every year, the number of participating teams and athletes increasing year by year, and the continuous improvement of ping-pong athletics level, exerting a broad influence in all walks of life. The provincial People's Political Consultative Conference General Office set up the organs of the Table Tennis Association, organs of the Table Tennis Association have a sound organization and regular activities. The CPPCC Secretary-General meets regularly to study and deploy the work of the Table Tennis Association. Every two years, the general office of the CPPCC organized a ping-pong ball game across the province, which was well received by the public so as to make the cadres and staffs look good and their work efficiency improved. Recently, the “People's Political Consultative Conference” published a “chairman of the CPPCC LOHO nationality promoter” article introducing Chen Shaoji, chairman of the CPPCC Guangdong Province, to actively promote the province's ping-pong movement. It has been very enlightened and is now reproduced in the abstract. We sincerely hope that everyone will participate more actively in various forms of national fitness activities so that everyone will have a healthy body. Everyone in the family has a harmonious family and jointly create a harmonious society.
