传统的建筑抗浮设计法面对复杂的工程和水文地质条件时,存在两类矛盾:一是被动适应,不能灵活处理水位变化带来的影响;二是对建筑物及环境产生不利影响。建筑排水减压抗浮新技术是对传统方法的发展和完善,通过排水减压系统和减压安全控制系统动态调节建筑基底地下水位,以保持地下水位的稳定,从而既能主动适应水位的变化,又能将抗浮系统对建筑物及环境的影响最小化。其在新加坡环球影城项目中的设计应用结果表明,该抗浮系统能较好适应不同季节水位的变化,保障了新加坡环球影城的安全。
