根据汽车传动轴离心式静扭台实验过程中加载扭矩畸变现象,对实验台进行了动力学和运动学分析,建立了系统工作时的数学模型;运用计算机数值仿真方法模拟计算了实验台工作过程中扭矩波形畸变规律,得出了扭矩波形畸变的实质是系统发生了二次谐波共振的结论;由于模拟结果与文献〔1〕中实验值一致,说明理论分析与模拟计算是正确的。文中分析了几个主要使用参数对扭距波形畸变的影响,提出了避免波形畸变的方法。
According to the phenomenon of distortion of load torque in the centrifugal static torsion table experiment of automobile transmission shaft, the dynamic and kinematic analysis of the experimental platform was carried out, and the mathematical model of the system was set up. The numerical simulation of computer was used to simulate the working process It is concluded that the second harmonic resonance occurs in the system due to the distortion of the torque waveform. The simulation results agree well with the experimental data in [1], which shows that the theoretical analysis and simulation calculation are correct. In this paper, the influence of several main parameters on the distortion of the torque waveform is analyzed, and the method to avoid the waveform distortion is proposed.
