1临床资料患者,女,34岁,G0P0,LMP 2015年10月18日。2015年12月4日患者于停经47天行人工流产术,术前彩超提示宫内早孕。术后置曼月乐环。术后1周复查彩超:内膜厚0.6cm,宫内节育器,宫内口上方1.4cm×0.7cm不规则低回声区。2015年12月23日复查彩超:宫内口上方可见2.0cm×1.0cm不规则低回声区,内见密集点状回声。宫内可见节育器征象。于当地医院行清宫术,术前取出曼月乐环,清宫后置曼月乐环,因个人原因未取病理。2015年12月28日复查彩
1 Clinical data Patient, female, 34 years old, G0P0, LMP October 18, 2015. December 4, 2015 Patients undergoing menopause 47 days abortion, preoperative ultrasound prompted intrauterine pregnancy. Postoperative Mirena ring. Color Doppler ultrasound examination 1 week after operation: endometrial thickness 0.6cm, intrauterine device, intrauterine port above 1.4cm × 0.7cm irregular hypoechoic area. December 23, 2015 review of color Doppler ultrasound: intrauterine mouth visible above the 2.0cm × 1.0cm irregular hypoechoic area, see the intensive point echo. Intrauterine visible signs of IUD. In the local hospital curettage surgery, preoperative removal of the Mirena ring, post-Murena Ring, due to personal reasons did not take pathology. December 28, 2015 review color
