我科近年开展不孕不育研究工作以来,共收治患者3698例,现整理报告如下: 1 资料来源 3698例患者均为我科10年间收治病例,查阅病案,记录患者临床表现、诊断依据、治疗方案与诊治结果。现就其病因与诊治方案进行统计分析。 2 结果与分析 2.1 不孕不育原因:在收治的8698例中男性不育及性功能障碍1801例,占48.7％,女性不孕及习惯性流产1897例,占51.3％,男女性别原因致不孕不育较为均衡。不孕不育病因分类统计见表1。
