教育是师生双向交流的过程,在这个过程中,尊重、信任不可缺,充满期望的等待也是不可缺少的。因此教师应该有充分的认识,学生的成长是需要时间的,学生良好的行为习惯的养成也是需要时间的,可以说,任何事物的成长需要一个变化过程。我们不能用成人的眼光来看待学生,也不能用一个标准要求所有的学生,只通过一次谈话、一次活动就能使这部分学生“脱胎换骨”是不现实的。需要教师用宽容的心态、真诚的期待,主动地帮助为学生创造一个温馨和谐的成长环境。相信孩子,静待开花。
