本文采用紫外分光光度法测定乙酰螺旋霉素含量。线性范围是10～30μ/ml r=0.99997,回收率及变异系数为100.14±0.21％与抗生素微生物检定法比较,结果普遍比抗生素检定法偏高2％。
In this paper, UV spectrophotometry acetylspiramycin content. The linear range was 10 ~ 30μ / ml r = 0.99997, the recovery rate and coefficient of variation was 100.14 ± 0.21%, which was 2% higher than that of antibiotic test.
