随着手机客户端各种App的盛行,两款关于打车的软件也应运而生:嘀嘀与快的。随着这两款软件的运行,立刻引来一些潮人亲身尝试,不少人尤其是年轻人都开始装上打车软件。但随之而来的负面说法也开始出现,如司机骗取补贴、高峰期打不到车、老人孩子难打车等。于是,上海出台政策,早晚高峰禁止使用打车软件。一石激起千层浪,这一政策立即引起网民关注,各种声音也从四面八方传来。
