四川省重庆缙云山园艺场职工食堂,积极推行经营联额责任制,调动炊管人员的积极性,使食堂越办越好,去年被评选为重庆市的先进职工食堂。参观学习的人接踵而至,一天正午我也来到这个食堂。当你一脚跨进这个食堂的大门,就会被一双双喜眉笑眼所感染;被一张张乐开花似的脸庞撩动情怀。刚在黑漆闪亮的饭桌边坐下,想再听听大家的赞语,无意间见排队买菜的职工笑指着售菜口青砖墙上挂着的小黑板,露出一脸满意的神色。我也起身凑过去看,只见黑板上写满当日午餐的菜目。呵,一餐这么多菜,我先一愣,只见荤菜有炒猪肝、粉蒸肉、炒肉丝、炒肉片等,每份售价二角五分到三角。素菜有红烧萝卜、炒莴笋、炒藕片等,每份四分,红烧豆腐,每份也只卖伍分。我数了一下,荤素菜共有十二个品种,还外加一个青菜萝卜汤,一大碗汤菜、油花葱花飘满,也只收四分钱。见菜名,看
