一、农业补贴政策的基本情况。 1.绿箱补贴政策。在我国已实行的6项绿箱政策中,涉及农业补贴的政策主要有20项。一般政府服务主要涉及9项;粮食安全公共储备4项;国内粮食援助1项;自然灾害救济支付3项;环境计划下的支付2项;地区援助计划下的支付1项。另外,未实施的6项绿箱政策主要涉及公平性的农业补贴政策,在我国目前的农业政策体系中尚属空白。
First, the basic situation of agricultural subsidy policy. 1 green box subsidy policy. Among the 6 green box policies implemented in our country, there are mainly 20 policies concerning agricultural subsidies. General government services mainly involve 9 items; 4 items of public reserve for food security; 1 item of domestic food aid; 3 items of relief for natural disasters; 2 items under environmental plan; 1 item under regional aid plan. In addition, the six green box policies that are not implemented mainly involve the fair agricultural subsidy policy, which is still blank in the current agricultural policy system in our country.
