随着建筑行业的快速发展,施工企业要提高市场竞争力,最重要的是在项目施工中以尽量少的物化消耗和劳动力消耗来降低企业成本,把影响企业成本的各项耗费控制在计划范围之内。本文采用ABC分析法对成本控制方法进行阐述,并提出几点成本管理措施。以期通过本文的阐述切实地搞好工民建施工企业工程成本的管理与控制,实现企业的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the construction enterprises must enhance the market competitiveness. The most important thing is to reduce the cost of the enterprise by minimizing the material and chemical consumption and labor consumption in the construction of the project, and control the various factors that affect the cost of the enterprise in the planning scope within. In this paper, ABC analysis of cost control methods are described, and some cost management measures. With the purpose of elaborating this article, it is hoped that the management and control of engineering costs of workers and peasants will be effectively improved and the sustainable development of the enterprises will be realized.
