互助协作是人的行为的社会本质特征,是人摆脱自然并籍以征服自然的标志和力量。在实施课堂创新与素质教育的过程中合作活动极为重要。合作学习使学生个人所追求的结果不仅有益于他自己,而且也有益于小组的其他成员。合作的努力使得学生们都卷入了一种追求互利的活动过程中,学生们深信所有组员都会从别人那里受益,学生们会认识到所有组员拥有一个共同的命运,共同竞争胜利的结果。这几年,我对三算与珠心算教学实验的课堂创新与素质教育进行了一些探索,摸索出“合作式”课堂教学.基本确立了学生的主体地位,渗透了创新与素质教育的思想。具体做法是;
Mutual assistance and cooperation are the social characteristics of human behavior and are the hallmarks and forces that people get from nature and conquer nature. In the implementation of classroom innovation and quality education in the process of cooperation is extremely important. Collaborative learning enables individual students to pursue the results not only for themselves, but also for the rest of the group. The collaborative effort involved students in an activity that pursues mutual benefit. Students are convinced that all team members will benefit from others. Students will realize that all team members have a common destiny and win the competition together. . In recent years, I have made some explorations into the classroom innovation and quality education of three count and abacus teaching experiments, and explored “cooperative” classroom teaching, basically established the students’ dominant position, infiltrated the innovation and quality education thought.
