脆弱性评价是当前脆弱性研究的重要内容之一。本文通过梳理自然灾害脆弱性评价的理论模型和研究视角,为脆弱性评价体系构建和评价方法选取提供总结性建议。在此基础上,对未来脆弱性评价提出了三点建议:(1)脆弱性评价指标之间的耦合作用应受到重视;(2)自然灾害的周期性特征和孕灾环境、致灾因子、承灾体之间的相互作用,决定了脆弱性评价应是一个连续、螺旋上升、循环闭合的动态评价过程;(3)区划定性评价不足以给减灾决策提供翔实的数据支撑,因此,应进一步加强对脆弱性评价的定量化研究。
Vulnerability evaluation is one of the important contents of current vulnerability research. This paper reviews the theoretical models and research perspectives of vulnerability assessment of natural disasters, and provides the summary suggestions for the construction of vulnerability assessment system and selection of evaluation methods. On this basis, three suggestions are put forward to evaluate the future vulnerability: (1) the coupling between the vulnerability assessment indicators should be paid attention to; (2) the periodic characteristics of natural disasters and the environment of disaster, hazard factors, The interaction between the disaster-bearing bodies determines that the vulnerability assessment should be a continuous, spiral-rising and closed-loop dynamic assessment process. (3) The qualitative assessment of zoning is not enough to provide detailed data support for disaster reduction decision-making. Therefore, Strengthen Quantitative Research on Vulnerability Assessment.
