在我国四个现代化取得举世瞩目成就和全国各族人民正在以江泽民总书记为核心的党中央领导下为实现“九五计划”和2010年远景规划而努力奋斗的时候,学习和研究周恩来关于我国建设四个现代化的思想,认识他对我国“四化”的理沦贡献,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文仅就“四化”提出的历史过程、提出的原因及其意义进行论述。
