活血化瘀药物改善血液循环的作用已为研究者公认,本室亦证实活血化瘀注射液(HHI)能增加肠血流量并升高肠组织氧耗。流变学研究进一步发现,血液粘滞性降低等血液流变学指标的好转是活血化瘀药物促进血液循环,尤其是微循环,的重要药理基础。本室有关作用机制的研究已初步判定HHI系一能兴奋β受体的血管扩张因子,其改善血液循环的作用是否还与血液的流动性和红血球变形性等有关尚不得而知。为此我们研究了HHI对清醒犬血液流变学的影响。
The role of blood circulation and blood circulation drugs in improving blood circulation has been recognized by researchers. This room has also confirmed that blood circulation and phlegm injection (HHI) can increase intestinal blood flow and increase intestinal tissue oxygen consumption. Rheology studies have further found that improvement of blood rheology such as decreased blood viscosity is an important pharmacological basis for blood circulation, blood circulation, and especially microcirculation. Our research on the mechanism of action has initially determined that HHI is an angiogenic factor that stimulates beta receptors. It is not known whether the effect of improving blood circulation is related to blood fluidity and deformability of red blood cells. To this end we studied the effect of HHI on hemorheology in awake dogs.
