位于峄城区阴平镇阴平沙河上游的斜屋流域,是个只有9.75平方公里流域面积(其中荒山8500亩,山岭薄地3759亩)小流域。近年来,流域人民靠党的富民政策,用多种形式治山、治水、保土、植树;靠“法”、“规”搞流域管理,走出了一条治贫致富的路子。目前,全流域植树2500亩,其中经济林900亩;围山堰4000米,修谷坊300座,整挖鱼鳞坑和大坑10000个,建水平阶5000多米,初步治理水土流失面积3.5平方公里。大大改变了自然面貌
