本文讨论了工业现场强干扰及几十千伏高压跳火环境下nA级彩管漏电流测量机理及测量仪的设计与实现。新研制的微电流测量仪可由原0.1μA级测量精度提高到nA级,仪器长期运行良好。
This article discusses the design and implementation of the measurement mechanism and measuring instrument of nA level CPT leakage current caused by strong interference in the industrial field and tens of kilovolt high voltage flashover environment. The newly developed micro-current meter by the original 0.1μA level measurement accuracy increased to nA level, long-term operation of the instrument well.
