在科技和经济社会快速发展的今天,传统的课程教学组织模式和教师管理体系不利于教学质量的提高。采用教学团队模式组织会计专业教学是高等教育组织特点、人才培养、教师专业发展会计学科发展趋势的要求。本文以会计专业培养目标为依据,从团队的框架结构、教育理念、教学改革、业务水平以及运作管理模式等方面对会计专业教学团队建设提出构想。同时,也考虑到对团建设过程中可能面临的困难,并提出建议。
In today’s rapid development of science and technology and economy and society, the traditional teaching organization mode and teacher management system are not conducive to the improvement of teaching quality. Using the teaching team model to organize accounting teaching is the characteristics of higher education organizations, personnel training, teacher professional development accounting disciplines development trend requirements. Based on the training objective of accounting major, this article proposes the conception of teaching profession teaching team construction from the aspects of team structure, education concept, teaching reform, business level and operation management mode. At the same time, we also consider the difficulties that may be encountered in the process of building the CYL and give suggestions.
