抗白叶枯病水稻品种幼苗在自然光条件下生长良好,在弱光下心叶弯曲,没有展开;而感病品种幼苗生长正常,没有出现弯曲现象.在自然光、弱光条件下,幼苗经接种白叶枯病菌后,根线粒体ATPase活力下降,叶线粒体ATPase活力上升,抗、感品种之间呈有规律变化;在黑暗条件下,幼苗接种后,根、叶线粒体ATPase活力上升,病/健比值大于1,抗病品种大于感病品种.以上结果表明,进行抗病性生理生化分析时要注意光照的影响
