本文论述了自动板层成形联合准分子激光角膜切削术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）治疗高度近视的效果及并发症。用自动板层切削刀和Ｋｅｒａｃｏｒ．１１６准分子激光机，治疗５０例７７眼。术前平均近视屈光度－１８．０３±２．８４，随访６～１２个月。结果：术后平均近视屈光度－０．２０±３．０３。并发症：角膜瓣脱失，瓣皱，上皮植入等。结论：ＬＡＳＩＫ是高度近视较安全有效的治疗方法
This article discusses the effects and complications of LASIK in the treatment of high myopia. With automatic ply cutter and Keracor. 116 excimer laser machine for the treatment of 50 cases of 77 eyes. Preoperative average myopia refractive -18.03 ± 2.84, followed up for 6 to 12 months. Results: The average myopia refraction after surgery was -0.20 ± 3.03. Complications: corneal flap loss, valve wrinkles, epithelial implantation. Conclusion: LASIK is a safe and effective treatment for high myopia
