通常外螺纹加工可利用尾座或板牙架装置制螺纹。但当生产批量很大时,这种方法仍不能满足要求。为此,我厂改进了工艺方法,采用“两用车刀杆”(见附图),较好地解决了问题,现作一介绍。采用两用车刀杆加工螺纹,先用刀架前部的车刀车外圆,后用刀架中部的板牙车螺纹。按车螺纹方法调整传动链,刀架无须旋转就可完成螺纹力工。使用本装置,关键在于车螺纹时对刀,即使板牙中心与工件中心重合。这时,在本机床上车一圆柱,其尺寸与刀架上装板牙的孔相同(取间隙配合)。随后,使板牙孔与圆柱结合。待二者
