In the first ten days of July this year, No. 9 typhoon “Tsanghong” and No. 10 typhoon “Lotus” landed on the coasts of Zhejiang and Guangdong respectively in our country. The typhoon hit the mainland in a positive way with the trend of attacking south and north China. In particular, No. 9 Typhoon “Can Hung” landing near the center of the maximum wind 14, is the most powerful typhoon landing in Zhejiang and Fujian areas since 1949. The double typhoon has a direct impact on China’s coastal and inland 10 provinces and municipalities, with serious direct economic losses.
