近10年的诸多研究证实,角化细胞生长因子、肝细胞生长因子在肺的发育和损伤后修复中起着重要作用,并认为它们在急性肺损伤中有着潜在的治疗作用。本文着重介绍角化细胞生长因子、肝细胞生长因子在肺的发育和损伤性修复中的研究现状,并简要介绍它们的生化特点。
Many studies in the past 10 years confirmed that keratinocyte growth factor and hepatocyte growth factor play an important role in lung development and post-injury repair and are considered as potential therapeutic agents in acute lung injury. This article focuses on the current research status of keratinocyte growth factor and hepatocyte growth factor in lung development and injury repair, and briefly describes their biochemical characteristics.
