社区矫正体现了现代刑罚执行制度的发展趋势,其适用对象的选择范围,在一定程度上决定了这项制度的实际效能。文章分析了我国现有的规定,对各种主体能否被纳入社区矫正的对象展开了微观考察,意在探求我国社区矫正适用对象的客观评定标准。
Community correction reflects the development trend of the modern penalty execution system, and the scope of its choice of object, to a certain extent, determines the actual effectiveness of the system. The article analyzes the existing regulations in our country and probes into whether all kinds of subjects can be included in the target of community correction. It aims to explore the objective evaluation standard of the target of community correction in China.
