近年来,山东省水利科学研究院在沪、杭甬地区软土地基上,运用高压喷射灌浆和静压灌浆技术,开展了围封灌浆加固、水气喷射置换充砂防渗加固、水气掏土静压灌浆纠编加固、地下管道喷射围裹加固等20余项工程实践的技术试验研究,提出了技术先进、经济合理、适用性强的成套施工技术,解决了软土地基上的某些建筑物由于设计、施工及地基处理不当产生的不均匀沉降、墙体裂缝、建筑物倾斜及地基失稳等问题,使软土地基加固技术发展到一个新的水平。
In recent years, Shandong Institute of Hydraulic Research has applied high-pressure jet grouting and hydrostatic grouting technology on soft soil foundations in Shanghai and Hangzhou-Ningbo regions to carry out envelope grouting reinforcement, water gas jet displacement, sand-filling, impermeable reinforcement, and water and gas hydrazine. More than 20 engineering experiments have been conducted in the field of static pressure grouting and reinforcement, underground pipeline spraying and wrap reinforcement, and advanced construction technology with advanced technology, reasonable economics, and strong applicability has been proposed to solve certain problems on soft soil foundations. Due to the uneven settlement caused by improper design, construction, and foundation treatment, wall cracks, building inclination, and foundation instability, the soft ground reinforcement technology has developed to a new level.
