斯达哈诺夫煤矿积累了B(?)—3.3型底卸式矿车修理的组织及机械化经验。每月能完成500辆矿车的维修工作。修理操作在地面专用车间(12×24米~2)内完成,用1吨和3吨电动葫芦两台、机床及工作台装置(苏哈诺夫和赫鲁捷耶夫合理化建议),就可使维修劳动生产率提高两倍。修理工作由两班完成(作业组按10人一组,分成两班),两个工人在井下进行小修,挑选出需要运到地面的矿车和车轮的润滑等工作。小组其余人员在车间修理单个零部件。需要修理的零件数量,由工长及组长编制缺陷说明书,指出一切故障及修理工艺。一个班内每组可修好10台矿车并立即送到井下。维修、润滑及组装的质量由工长和小组长检查。
